When you use Introvia as a page owner or visitor, we collect:

• Owner Account Data: Email address for authentication via Magic Link.
• Visitor Introduction Data: Responses submitted to page questions (e.g. name, purpose, visitor type, profile links).
• Uploaded Photographs: Optional images uploaded by visitors (stored securely with a 30-day retention period).
• Technical Logs: Anonymized session hashes used strictly for rate limiting and security.

2. Purpose & Data Access

Submitted introduction data is shared directly with the specific page owner you introduced yourself to. We do not sell your personal data or trade it to third parties.

3. Retention & Deletion

Page owners can delete introductions and uploaded photos at any time. Photographs and inactive introduction sessions are automatically purged after the owner's retention period (7 to 90 days).

4. Contact & Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or permanent deletion of your data. Contact us via our support channels or report abuse form.
